Know what you are agreeing to

This page is a practical booking checklist, not a substitute for the supplier’s full hire terms. Ask for those terms before placing an order.

• The supplier’s legal identity and waste registration.
• The skip size, waste allowed and loading or weight limits.
• The full price, VAT, payment and cancellation terms.
• Who arranges any road permit and safety equipment.
• Safe access, the drop-off point and responsibility for the surface.
• The hire period, extra-time charges and collection notice.
• What happens with overfilling, an unsuitable load or blocked access.

Keep your booking details

Keep the quote and agreed dates. If plans change, call before delivery or collection so the new arrangement and any charge can be confirmed.
